Submitting a file couldn’t be easier with our online uploading system. In the case that you prefer not to submit your files through your internet browser, you can choose to use our FTP software to receive direct access to our server. Other options include emailing your files, or couriering projects that contain large images.

EMAIL

You may email your files to our production staff with a compressed file that is less than 7 MB. Please provide all necessary contact info and the associated order number or job name for all files being submitted.

We offer same day or next day local service. For deliveries across Canada and the United States transit time may vary depending on destination.


Courier Your Materials

In a situation where your project contains files which exceed 150 MB or you would like to provide supplementary material for your project, a courier pick-up can be arranged and provided. All hardcopy files should include all the necessary instructions, disks, photos, slides, print-outs, and hard copies.
